CHENINS is a boutique law firm founded by Olga Chenina, a Russian qualified lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in acting for clients in commercial and corporate projects, and her son Ruslan Chenin, a Russian qualified lawyer, who was trained by an English solicitor. Now Ruslan focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions. We are a privately owned and independent family business. 


Founders of CHENINS allocated a strong team of qualified associates with legal and financial background, as well as with solid work experience in local U.A.E. companies and international projects.


Our client portfolio includes large international corporations, tech startups, and high-net-worth individuals.

Руслан Ченин

Руслан является квалифицированным юристом, специализируется на структурировании сложных трансграничных сделок и создании внутренних и оффшорных холдингов. Руслан с отличием окончил авторитетный юридический факультет как бакалавр, а затем как магистр права мирового финансового рынка. Руслан прошел обучение у солиситора Англии и Уэльса, когда в течение 4 лет работал в английской юридической фирме в Москве. До основания CHENINS Руслан 2.5 года проработал в Дубае руководителем юридической группы на международной финтех-платформе и имел частную юридическую практику.

 

Руслан помогает инвестиционным фондам, управляющим активами и финтех-компаниям соблюдать регуляторные требования и представляет их интересы перед государственными органами в различных странах. Он также способен содействовать расширению бизнеса клиентов в разных частях планеты. Его опыт включает сделки по слияниям и поглощениям и финансовые сделки. Руслан консультирует международные компании и состоятельных частных лиц по вопросам коммерческого и корпоративного права.

 

Руслан посетил 27 стран. Он играет на барабанах и занимается боксом в местном спортзале.

Ольга Ченина

Ольга является квалифицированным юристом с опытом работы, включая практику в родной юрисдикции, более 25 лет. Ольга консультирует клиентов по правовым вопросам международной торговли и налогового планирования. 

 

Среди её клиентов  импортёры медицинского оборудования, экспортёры промышленной упаковки, поставщики оборудования для добычи и переработки нефти, а также многие другие крупные поставщики различных групп товаров.

 

Ольга также руководит командой бухгалтеров в CHENINS, помогает компаниям составлять отчетность по Международным стандартам финансовой отчетности (МСФО) и координирует аудиты клиентов.

 

Ольга — юрист с многолетним стажем работы в сфере недвижимости. Она отлично разбирается во всех аспектах законодательства, связанных с покупкой, продажей и арендой недвижимости. 

 

Ольга постоянно совершенствует свои знания и навыки, чтобы быть в курсе всех изменений в законодательстве и предоставлять клиентам наилучшие услуги.

Ангелина Ченина

Наш высококвалифицированный Советник обладает исключительными юридическими знаниями в области корпоративного и коммерческого права. Имея подтвержденный успешный стаж, она представляла интересы клиентов в сложных юридических вопросах, включая:

  • корпоративное управление;
  • коммерческие контракты; и

ANGELINA CHENINA

OLGA CHENINA

Olga is a qualified lawyer whose overall experience, including practising in the native jurisdiction, is more than 25 years.

 

Her clients include importers of medical equipment, exporters of industrial packaging, suppliers of equipment for oil extraction and refining, as well as many other large suppliers of various products.

 

Olga also manages a team of accountants at CHENINS, assists businesses with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting and reporting and coordinates audits of clients.

 

Olga is a lawyer with many years of practice in the Real Estate industry. She is well versed in all aspects of legislation related to the purchase, sale and rental of Real Estate.

 

Olga constantly improves her knowledge and skills in order to keep abreast of all changes in regulations and provide clients with the best services.

RUSLAN CHENIN

Ruslan is a qualified lawyer focusing on structuring complicated cross-border transactions and architecting onshore and offshore holdings. Ruslan graduated with honours from the reputable law faculty both as a bachelor and as a master of law of the Global Financial Market. Ruslan was trained by a solicitor of England and Wales when he was working in an English law firm in Moscow for 4 years. Before founding CHENINS Ruslan worked for 2.5 years in Dubai as a legal team leader at an international FinTech platform, and had its private legal practice.

 

Ruslan assists investment funds, asset managers, and FinTech businesses with regulatory compliance and represents them in front of state authorities in various countries. He is also capable of facilitating clients’ business expansion in different parts of the planet. His background includes M&A and lending transactions. Ruslan advises international businesses and high-net-worth individuals on Commercial and Corporate Law matters.

 

Ruslan has visited 27 countries. He plays drums and practises boxing in a local gym.
